What documents are required for check-in?

For citizens of the Russian Federation:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation (main passport);
  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (passport), ONLY for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation

Children:

  • up to 14 years old - child's birth certificate;
  • from 14 to 18 years – passport;
  • written consent of the child's parents (legal representatives) for accompanying persons in a free form if the child is not checked into the hotel with his parents (legal representatives) (you can use an approximate sample of the consent form at the link - https://disk.yandex.ru/i/KZahqhReIPH6sg)
    In particular, a copy of the passport of the legal representative who issued the consent must be attached to the specified consent.

For foreign citizens, documents required in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

  • valid passport;
  • valid migration card;
  • valid visa;
  • other documents confirming legal presence on the territory of the Russian Federation (varies for citizens of different countries)
Do all visitors to the hotel need to have documents, or is one passport per room enough?
What should I do if I forgot my documents?

In the absence of documents, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation.

I am sending my child with my grandmother (aunt, coach, etc.), what documents are needed to check-in the child?
  • children under 14 years old - birth certificate;
  • children from 14 to 18 years – passport;

How much should I pay for the child's accommodation?
  • without providing an extra bed, children under 7 years old stay free of charge in the same room with accompanying adults (no more than one child in the room)

Is there parking at the hotel?

Many hotels in our chain have their own Parking.

Is there Internet in the hotel?

Yes, all hotels in the chain have free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Is it possible to live with animals?

Yes, if the animal is small.

If you plan to check into the hotel with a pet, please contact the hotel directly in advance (Hotel contacts) and to clarify this possibility for specific dates.

A surcharge is charged for the accommodation of pets (the amount of the surcharge must be specified directly at the hotel where you plan to stay)

Also, upon check-in, guests are paid a deposit of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles in order to guarantee compliance with the rules of living with pets.

We draw your attention to the need to comply with the following rules.

It is required to:

  • have a certificate from a veterinarian (veterinary passport) with a note about vaccinations of a pet;
  • have a special mat (couch) or a special cage for pets;
  • have a special pet toilet tray with you;
  • carry special dishes for feeding pets;
  • when moving around the hotel, keep pets on a leash, if necessary in a muzzle, or a special cage;
  • ensure the absence of pets in the room during its cleaning by the hotel staff or carrying out repair work;
  • notify the hotel staff about the presence of a pet in the room unattended.

It is prohibited to:

  • take pets with you to the restaurant and other common areas of the hotel;
  • feed pets from dishes belonging to the hotel;
  • wash pets in shower cabins and bathrooms of the room, use towels, sheets and other bedding of the hotel for pet hygiene;
  • comb out pets in the room and on the territory of the hotel.

The administration reserves the right to require a Guest staying with a pet to leave the hotel in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.

Depending on the period of stay, the load of the hotel and other factors, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to stay with pets.

Is it possible to smoke in the hotel and in the rooms?

In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, smoking in rooms and other hotel premises is prohibited.

In case of detection of the fact of smoking, upon departure, the Guest will be obliged to compensate 5,000 (Five thousand) rubles – the hotel's expenses for carrying out an extraordinary special cleaning to eliminate the consequences of smoking.

There are no hygiene items in the room, where can I get them?

if you need hygiene supplies (dental, shaving, sewing kit, etc.), please contact the reception administrator and they will be delivered to your room.

Where can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

In all hotels of the chain, it is possible to leave luggage for storage immediately before check-in or on the day after the room is vacated.

What payment methods are available at the hotel?

Online payment on the website.

In all hotels of the chain, you can pay in cash or by bank card.

Cashless payment is possible for legal entities.

Are closing documents provided for reporting?

Yes. If you need closing documents for reporting, please notify the administrator at check-in and the documents will be ready by the time of your departure.

How and when can I cancel my booking?

If your plans have changed, the cancellation or modification of the booking depends on the conditions of the tariff you have chosen. For cancellation issues, you can contact the hotel where the reservation was made directly - Hotel contacts

Why is the cost of rooms in hotels different and changing?

Each hotel in our chain has its own price list for accommodation, and dynamic pricing is also used - the cost of accommodation depends on the load of the hotel on certain dates and may change even within one day.

Would I like to check in earlier or check out later than the set time?

We are happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible and, if possible (availability of rooms), we try to provide early check-in or late check-out as a compliment.

However, in order to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, we ask you to contact the hotel where you plan to stay directly in advance - Hotel contacts

Guaranteed early check-in (from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) is confirmed by the hotel, subject to availability of rooms and with a guarantee of payment from the Guest. The cost of early arrival is 50% of the daily rate.

The possibility of late check-out (from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) is confirmed by the hotel, subject to availability of rooms and with a guarantee of payment from the Guest. The cost of late check-out is 50% of the daily rate.

Can I invite guests to my room?

Yes, if you stay in a hotel at a daily rate, you can invite guests to your room. Be sure to notify the reception administrator about this.

The visit is possible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., upon presentation of an identity document by the visitor (we take care of the safety of our Guests).

If your guests wish to stay after 10.00 p.m. and the number of accommodations in the room allows it, you need to register additional guests at the reception desk and pay for their accommodation.
